What should I do, I deleted cert8.db by a mistake on my Windows 7 computer?

You don't need to do anything.

If you start Firefox 9 again, it will create a new copy of cert8.db file by itself!

In fact, it is recommended that you delete the cert8.db file to resolve certificate file corruption problem.
