Start Certificate Manager Inside IE
How to start the "Certificate Manager" inside IE (Internet Explorer)? I heard that it can be used to manage root CA certificates and personal certificates for IE.

To start "Certificate Manager" inside IE, you need to use the "Tools > Internet Options > Content" menu as shown below:
1. Run IE.
2. Click the "Tools > Internet Options" menu.
3. Click the "Content" tab.
4. Click "Certificates" button. You see the Certificate Manager showing up.
