Website without Certificate in Google Chrome
Why am I not getting the properties icon on some Websites in Google Chrome? I see the exclamation icon next to the Website address.

If you are visiting a Website that is using HTTP protocol with a certificate,
Google Chrome will display the exclamation icon instead the properties icon.
If you click on the exclamation icon, you see the "Your connection to this site is not secure" warning message and additional informaiton.
The following example shows you that the localhost Website is running without any certificate.
localhost Your connection to this site is not secure You should not enter any sensitive information on this site (for example, passwords or credit cards), because it could be stolen by attackers. Cookies - 1 in use Site settings
